Critical issues have been documented about natural disaster, air pollution, water pollution, etc. This paper due a questionnaire will find out where to focus, there will be some factors to take into account as factor condition, demand condition, Relative and supporting Industries and Government, according to Porter’s diamond Model. There are different kinds of Green Companies: 1: Firms whose activity is to produce environmental goods and services, 2: Firms which have taken active and identifiable steps to change their products and/or process to take substantiality agenda into account, 3: All other firms which have taken some steps to improve their process efficiency or change in their brand image. The purpose of this study is to investigate the reason why if being green generate good profits, employment and a big diversity of benefits, are still in the market some companies who are not putting this strategy into practice and find a way to motivate them to get into it. There is a question we need to answer: Why business should go green? An overview of the green implementation process will focus on procedures involved in: factor condition, demand condition, Relative and supporting Industries and Government, a selection of books/journals/news with the appropriate thematic content used to address specific issues, and a questionnaire. The possible results are going to help to understand and motive companies to implement sustainable ideas to avoid environmental issues and reduce costs.
