In previous researches about it, most content and test result were based on the health testers and amputees, not really focused on those people really need it, such as weak senior citizen. The major purpose of this research is to figure out the improvement for those weak senior citizen using the multi-functional waking frame. The multi functional waking frame, in this research, consists of drip stand mechanism, buzzer component, foldable cloth chair, wheel chair mechanism, pressure sensitive optical alarm, and crutch mechanism. There are couple considerate designs. For example, it is able to do the drip infusion if hanging the dripping bottle on the extendable rod. If users need to take a short rest, just need to open the foldable chair and fix it by Velcro. Moreover, if the users can’t walk it him/herself, just release the wheel mechanism, users can sit on the cloth chair and be moved by others’ assistance. In addition, there is a pressure sensitive optical switch equipped in the bottom of supporting rod, if walking frame is in walking mode, when users lied on the supporting rod, it will trigger the pressure sensitive optical switch, it is helpful to keep safety at night or in dark areas. Multi functional waling frame includes the advantages of adjustable in height, foldable, light-weight and easier approachable than traditional type of wheel chair or walking frame.
