This thesis selects a digital security company as the case study to discuss and explores the company strategy of the rapid growth in the e-banking identification and authentication and the future of the e-banking identification and authentication device and e-banking service. The case company was merged by 2 leading smartcard provider in 2006. The vision of the company is helping people to trust one another in an increasingly connected world and the mission of the company is to develop secure software that runs on trusted devices which design and personalize by the company and manage these devices, the confidential data they contain and the services they make possible, throughout their life cycle. The case company developed into a leading digital security company in the world and continues its rapid growth strategy of acquisition the emerging companies in the relative industry, and increasingly developed the mobile solutions and the related products to cope with fast-changing industry trends. For the future technology of the identification & authentication in e-banking service the case company will target in the mobile payment and mobile banking to provide the needs of the secure transactions by the wireless connection with the mobile device and the wearable biometrics device to offer user friendly devices to adopt the rapid changing of the e-banking service which will focus in mobile-first and industrial integration of innovation service and secure authentication insight and fast deploy of digital contents to gain more sales from the e-banking service. All in all, after long term developed the e-banking service and the identification and authentication device for the e-banking service already reach the mature stage in the life cycle. The case company became the leading company in e-banking devices industry by its rapid developed strategy during very short period, in the future since the mass deploy of the smart phones and the mobile devices the e-banking service will move on to the trend to adopt the mobile device as the tool, if it can not develop and provide the trusted solution for e-banking service it will be phase out by the mobile trend with no doubt.
