When the ammonia flows into the sensing system, the ammonia molecular will be trapped by the sensing materials to reduce the current of diode. As the ammonia flows out of the sensing system, the current will recover to the original value. And then we can use the two current values to calculate the response of the ammonia. Furthermore, the response of the bag which is filled with dry air can estimate the concentration of theammonia. We use the sensing system which includes the tool, PE bag, NaOH tube,manual control pump and filter to detect the freshness of the fish. In order to enhance the convenience of detecting, we look forward to reducing the sensing time, flow rate of the pump and the weight of the fish sample.
