Healthcare improvement and changes in technology, government policy, and also customer expectations are developing relationships with essential stakeholders hence impacting operations in unexpected ways; women leadership challenges is one of them. So I am going to investigate the women leadership challenges in the Indian industry. This study is going to investigate the women leadership challenges in the Indian industry as most of the women’s facing leadership challenges like a struggles for to make balance between personal and work life, self-awareness like accurate picture of strengths and weaknesses, building productive working relationships with coworkers, respect for values people of different backgrounds & cultures, gender differences in the work environment etc.
