It focused on establishing a cross-functional team and dealing with customers’ uncertain demands within the time constraints. It improved productivity and response ability to meet customers’ needs and reduced overall time and costs which are required by a project. Technology industry in Taiwan is facing the pressure from shorter product life cycle. Products need to be launched on schedule in order to maintain market share. Consumer electronics companies have to regularly introduce new products to the market each year. To meet the customers’ demands, we established a cross-functional team and used scrum mode to execute project which is different from the traditional waterfall project management. With this module we can confirm the status at each stage to align product designs with customers, and solve problems in advance.
