Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系課程與教學碩士在職專班 === 104 === Being the homeroom teacher of the step-class was the most unforgettable experience in my teaching career so far. Unlike the negative impression people usually have, this step-class had been “flipped” eventually. Since I promised to take over this step-class, many challenges came over to me all of a sudden. While I was writing the story through narrative approaches, I also attempted to find out the solutions to these problems. Via “the psychology of the step-teacher”, “the change of the role-playing”, “the rebuilding of the class culture”, and “the dealing with the class events”, I tried to analyze how I flipped the step-class and the results after being flipped. The outcome of this story shows that no matter how the rule of the law practices, the way we think really counts! As a step-teacher, I chose to do something instead of sitting there waiting for nothing. With “shifting of mental attitude”, “reliance on each other”, “charismatic leadership” and “insight into the students ”, I finally got the power to flip. I not only flipped the step-class but also flipped the predestination of being a step-teacher. Every story comes to an end; however, its worth will last forever.
