Facing with the situation that declining birth rate is endangering the recruiting and the requirement forlife-time learning, the authorities of university have to dedicate to continuing education to survive. However, the students of continuing education are quite different from the traditional students. Whether the content of continuing education can meetthe requirements of the of continuing education students or not is an issue deserves our attention. The purpose of this study is to understand the cognition and satisfaction of studentson the in the equipment, environment, course, faculty, and administration of continuing education of university. The research take the studentsof university continuing educationas research objects. A total of 300 copies of questionnaire were distributed. Reliability analysis, independent-sample t test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were employed. The research results showed that parts of demographic variables will influence the recognition of service quality, satisfaction, and repurchase intention of continuing education of university. The results also showed that the recognition of service quality will influence satisfaction and satisfaction will influence repurchase intention
