Mobile photography is not only convenient but also with real-time sharing features. The numerous APP for the smartphone are diversely developed. While photo can be edited directly in APP, the art of photography has experienced a sharp improvement. The photos of daily life are most colorful. Not only they show the object's main color but also photographers will add their own ideas for color emotions by the post-production, so that viewers' emotion are engaged by the colorful photographs. The tone presents by a photo is the most important factor to capture audience eyes. What interested is that by applying different color filters on the same photo could cause audience’s different feeling. This study is experimenting with measurement tool “Neurosky BrainLink Mobile Headset” to explore the reaction of brainwave concentration if the photo is different hue. The findings of study result as follows:(1) The different color photo and brainwave concentration have significant relationship. (2) The warm color photo and brainwave concentration have significant relationship, the cool color photo and relaxation have significant relationship. (3) The favor of color photo and significant relationship. (4) The photo's content of character and food have significant relationship with the favor of color photo.
