For the elderly often fall accident occurred, so to strengthen the muscle strength, endurance or balance exercise can slow down the aging body in order to achieve the effectiveness of health protection; this study mainly through situational somatosensory games, to assist the elderly balance training sense, the ten elderly people, were divided into experimental group and control group two groups, with an average age of 65.5 years, a three-week training, the experimental group primarily situational somatosensory game balance training, and record every operation and the number of persons affected by measurement; control group was no situational general movement by a person as a coach, the coach's action is based on the operation and the number of experimental groups recorded based, as long as the subject's motion to imitate coach the control group during the experiment the coach does not give feedback or intervention. Finally, the scale test results, and its main findings as the follows: Analysis found that the use of somatosensory game situational training and post-test scores of non-situational training is no significant difference; and effective learning part of the group, 80% of people in voluntary movement, feeling better physical function, enhance self-fulfillment above, balance and mental relaxation are satisfied; the number of seconds of standing on one foot mostly positive growth, showing regular exercise can really help elderly people to enhance balance.
