Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系 === 104 === The purposes of this study are to understand the implementation process and results of Educational Priority Areas (EPA) project at Fong Yang Elementary School. This study also explore the project members’ opinions and suggestions of EPA. To achieve the research purposes, this study adopted quantitative method, using interviews and document analysis to gather information. The gathered information would further be organized, analyzed, and categorized in order to fully understand how Fong Yang Elementary School implement the EPA project. The findings of this study are summarized as follows. I.Before the implementation of EPA project, the administrators of Fong Yang Elementary School take the background of the school into account, and look for resources. II.The administrators divide the work for each staff member by the duty of their post. They should frequently review the effects of the activities and adjust the contents. III.Parent-teacher association’s financial support help school improve the problems of low attendance of lectures, and supply the shortage of funds. IV.The administrators provide stimulus to encourage parents to attend the parental education lecture. V.The administrators stimulate students’ interests by providing multiple painting materials, and by displaying students’ works. VI.EPA project’s financial support has been a great help to Fong Yang Elementary School.
