Public Private Schools can be based on the needs of schools and students’ flexibility to adjust school funding, school curriculum and school staff. 3. The Education Accountability is based on the both way of common standards and unified test. Through study found inspiration researchers obtained are as follows: 1. Stipulate the clear principles of the Local Education Fund and to take good use of the implementation of the use of school funds. 2. Establish the personnel hiring system by good Education Accountability 3. The follow-up of Education Accountability and the system of accountability still need to be completed.
