Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 高等教育經營管理碩士學位學程 === 104 === In the university the system of residential college could allow faculty and students to perceive happiness and well-being through offering comprehensive facilities, rich and diverse learning programs and faculty-to-student and student-to-student interactions. University of Macau was the study target because of the famous residential colleges.  This study, therefore, aimed to investigate the role of educational well-being and possible influences in the residential colleges at University of Macau. A quality research approach of document analysis and semi-structured interviews was applied in this study. The sample was 6 fellows and 10 students of the residential colleges at University of Macau. This study obtained 9 conclusions: (a) the importance and meaning of the fellows’ awareness on educational well-being; (b) the importance and meaning of the students’ awareness on educational well-being; (c) the relationship between educational well-being and personalities; (d) the relationship between educational well-being and working environment, job involvement, and organizational factors; (e) the relationship between educational well-being and study in colleges; (f) the relationship between educational well-being and peer interactives; (g) the relationship between educational well-being and student-teacher interactions; (h) the relationship between educational well-being and family support; and (i) the relationship between educational well-being and the fellows’ future plan. Suggestions were offered for fellows, students, parents, and educational officers and administration.
