In the energy saving projects, the issue of LED lighting deprecation has been highly taking these years because of the gradually price reduction. The reasons why the consumers would like to deprecate lights are the following four points: 1. The price, 2. Construction cost, 3. Service quality, 4. The consequence.
The subject of our case study is domestic LED distributors, in order to find out the fitted channel strategy between LED distributors and consumers. In the thesis, we adopt the case study method, participant and observation method, in-depth interviews, and focus group method in qualitative research, and company with brainstorming and TRIZ method. Then find out the key problem in LED distributors by systematic analysis, and access to viable and innovative channel strategy. According to the problem, we can learn that consumer confidence is a very important factor, so we need to improve the trust between distributors and consumers. In the case study, proposing the perception of non-profit organizations is public welfare. Furthermore, non-profit organizations can also be the replacement of consumers to monitor the service and products provided by LED distributors.
