The researcher adopted qualitative and quantitative research methods in this study. The object of the study are fifty participants in Puli branch of Nantou Community College who joined in MV aerobics curriculum for questionnaire survey of Likert Scale, and the research is analyzed in the use of statistical package SPSS Window 22.0 to proceed descriptive statistical analysis. And then to sift eight participants who have learned aerobics for two years from the fifty ones and to gather the eight participants’ weekly after-school learning feedback sheets and the record of interviews;Meanwhile, the observers recorded the participants’ attending and interaction conditions. The result of the study is shown as follows: 1. The involvement of adult females participating in the aerobics training curriculum integrated with MV action is known through qualitative interviews and feedback sheets collection and filing. It shows that the participants have highly interest and love in this research curriculum. And this study analyzed by the descriptive statistics obtains the result of the average of the participants” in the degree of involvement of the MV aerobics” is between 5.48 to 6.52, indicating that participants are highly involved in this research curriculum. 2. The participants’ self-fitness satisfaction in the aerobics training curriculum integrated with MV action is known through qualitative interviews and feedback sheets collection and filing. It shows that the participants have obviously raised their confidence. And this study analyzed by the descriptive statistics obtains the result of the average of the participants’ participation of MV aerobics“self-fitness” is between 5.26 to 6.16;the question in which“after involving in MV aerobics curriculum, self-fitness satisfaction is raised ”gets the highest points, indicating that after participants join in this research curriculum, their self-fitness satisfaction is significantly raised. 3. The participants’ feeling toward the aerobics training curriculum integrated with MV action is known through qualitative interviews and feedback sheets collection and filing. It shows that the participants not only have positive feedback feeling but also enhance self-confidence by showing the elegant posture, and meanwhile, achieve the effect.
