Running injuries also gradually taken more seriously, and low back pain is the common injury of running. Numerous academic research shows that kinesio tape (KT) has the effect of increase blood flow, muscle strengthen, stabilize joint and decrease pain. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the long distance Runners could improve low back pain, delay pain during running and increase physical performance by kinesio tape. Methods: The subject were 24 students, and divided them into experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=12). They had to finish 21 kilometer (KM) running test, and kept the record of Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) every 2 KM. Statistical analyses were performed by using Independent-Sample t Test to analysis the NPRS and the running results. Results: The degree of NPRS showed significant difference between control group and experimental group; The running performance showed significant difference between control group and experimental group.
