碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 旅遊健康研究所 === 104 === In order to improve medical care quality and medical policy, Taiwanese National Health Insurance was instituted in 1995; however, most of nurses are facing a serious work overload problem which is caused by the insurance. According to researchers, one have to experience actual relaxing during his leisure time or may have leisure boredom problem and cause negative emotion. This research is going to work on the relation between leisure attitude, leisure boredom and subjective happiness on nurses. Moreover, the study used “Leisure Attitude Scale”, “Leisure Boredom Scale” and “Subjective Happiness Scale” as the survey tool.Convenience sampling method was used to perform the questionnaire survey and the questionnaire retrieves 430 altogether, and effective questionnaire is 312, effective response rate is 72.5%.Specifically, the data is analyzed by SPSS for Windows 21.0 and through regression analysis. This study confirms the effect of leisure boredom on nurses relates to the strength of leisure attitude and happiness, so leisure boredom was a partial mediator between leisure attitude and happiness.Overall, nurses often have positive leisure attitude, but if they faced leisure boredom during relaxation which may cause significantly impact on individual’s happiness; therefore, nurses should have active leisure attitude and obtain more positive leisure experience, so nurses can actually feel joyful in their minds.
