Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北商業大學 === 資訊與決策科學研究所 === 104 === There are many elements affecting the election, including livelihood, community, economy and politics.In recent years, there is a barrage of news regarding food safety issues, indicating the basic needs in our life are threatened. At the same time, there are survey results indicating that the public is dissatisfied with the government, as well as the rulers, when their food safety is not guaranteed. Therefore, in this study, through the Gutter oil event and Edible oil mixed with feed oil event, which happened in September and October of 2014, we will investigate the effects food safety incidents have on the political trust of the ruling party.
The focal point of this study is how the food safety incidents affect voters' perception, and we will use Decision tree C5.0 of Data mining to construct a prediction model. Whereby, when food safety incidents occur, public's political trust of the ruling party in Taiwan is influenced. The goal of this study is to provide a reference for related research regarding to political trust and food safety incidents in the future.
