Information service industry includes system integration industry, and we can find how fierce the competition among the companies is by observing their revenue and profit. If System Integrators wants to get rid of the embarrassing situation of increasing revenue with decreasing profit, they should plan long-range strategies and take advantage of the resources they own to compete with rivals and beat them. Thus, System Integrators can keep gaining profits from running their businesses. This research is finding the competitive strategies for system integrators in Information Service Industry, and the research purposes are i. According to the Five Forces of external factors in the industry environment, we will know the situation of competition in industry now. ii. According to SWOT analysis of cases, we can plan managing strategies. iii. Applying the Four Actions Framework from Blue Ocean Strategy, we can work out competitive advantage strategies with our resources. Author adopted case study method to conduct this research. I gathered information to know the current situation and the trend in information service industry, and applied Five Forces to analyze the competition situation; then utilized SWOT to analyze the case, and appied “future sights, close cooperation, good relationship, pre-sales system, customer satisfaction” which are the Four Actions Framework from Blue Ocean Strategy to plan practical strategies. System integration industry is Red Ocean now for its cutthroat competition. But we really could not gain profit in system integration industry? I think it’s not absolutely true. The industry environment could not be improved by oneself; however, we could discover Blue Ocean area from the Red Ocean.
