A well-considered industrial policy will contribute to industrial development. For Taiwan, the medical cosmetic industry plays an important role in economic development. Taiwanese are proud of medical health system, medical technology and medical facilities. Taiwan’s government began to promote health tourism. They try to combine the strengths and experience of high-quality cosmetic medicine industry to promote the development of medical tourism. They hope the medical tourism to play an new important role in the improved development of tourism industry and national insurance care system. This study tries to identify Taiwan’s cosmetic medicine industry development policy factors through industry analysis, literature reviews and expert interviews. We try to find improved factors through discriminant analysis and organize the network of each associated facet and its relationship. Finally, we want to present current information and recommendations for cosmetic medical tourism visitors, visiting contries and provided authorities.
