Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 高階經營碩士班 === 104 === Currently, there are more than 10,000 Western private-owned clinical services around the world, and the number is rising annually. In the long term, privately owned clinic populations are growing exponentially even though there is a decrese in population. Due to the lack of resources, clinic operations are facing tremendous challenges. Presently, approximately 93.29% of clinical physician services have signed contracts with the Health Insurance Department and have officially become health insurance clinics with the limited salaries from the government. The majory of the clinic funding source comes from the Health Insurance Department; moreover, the payments were all capped with necessary limits. In hope to find out a more efficient and long-term strategy, this essay has taken the analysis and experiences from private clinics in rural areas. In conclusion, through the analysis of clinical physician services and determination, I am seeking to find other solutions to improve the business strategies, quality of medical treatments and competitiveness of clinics in order to enhance public health.
