The study also examined how gender, age and different types of schools affects children''s language development and creativity performance. Research participants were 149 decedents of overseas Chinese in Thailand. Two measures were employed, including Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised and Torrance’ s Tests of Creative Thinking, Figural B. ANOVA, Scheffe comparison and Pearson correlation were conducted for data analysis. The major findings were:(1)Students with trilingual superiority group and trilingual weak group had significant differences of the creativity performance scores. (2)Students with trilingual superiority group and monolingual superiority group had significant differences of the creativity performance scores. (3)Gender was a significant differences of English version of Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test. However, no significant differences of other performance scores. (4)Students with international School and Thai local schools had significant differences in performance scores of language and creativity. (5)Age was a significant differences in performance scores of language test. However, no significant differences in performance scores of the creativity. Researcher suggested that can add the test of speaking and writing. And use the more appropriate research tools for language test, so as to measure the close ability of students.
