Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 材料與光電科學學系研究所 === 104 === This study explores the effect of cold rolling and intercritical annealing on the microstructure and tensile properties of a medium manganese steel. The effect of different amount of cold roll reductions followed by intercritical annealing was studied. The effect of multiple combinations of cold rolling and intercritical annealing procedures was also studied. It was found that 50% cold roll reduction had the best tensile properties. Multiple combinations of cold rolling and intercritical annealing procedures gave similar tensile properties. Detailed characterization of the microstructures obtained was performed.
