The research focuses on the aspects of the human interaction, parent-child relationship, family communication and the transition of the personal interests. We take the in-depth interview, which is one of the qualitative research methods, to interview five student of the counselling class of life adaptation, and one public servant, a civil organization member who both are in charge about the functional literacy to new immigrant women. The research shows:(1)That most violence marriage comes from its family, especially husband. When we are facing the violence marriage, we take the relationships between sister-in-laws and husband as our research targets which is leak from old researches. (2)we should put it on the right usage. The mainstream considers that these students have poor learning ability and need the remedial teaching but they ignored the influence from culture to learning. Our educations should put attentions to the native culture of the student’s new immigrant mother so that student will treat their mother`s native culture as a property, and that makes the learning experiment more meaningful and orderliness. (3)We should respect to the spirit of CEDAW, Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women, prevent to damage the common marriage by sham marriage, build the offshore meeting mechanism for not influencing the family reunion by misjudgment of members from administrative organizations.
