Three original plants including Paspalum vaginatum, Ficus vaccinioides hemsl and Clerodendrum inerme and the others three plants (Sea Lettuce, Calophyllum inophyllum and Tournefortia argentea) were tested in the first and second period pot culture experiments. A positive correlation between salinity level and conductivity had been found. Compared with different soils (provide by government and horticultural company) and the conditions of plant roots soak with 2.5 - 27.5 ‰ salinity solution, our result indicated that Paspalum vaginatum, Clerodendrum inerme and Tournefortia argentea can survice in salinity level below 20 ‰, Ficus vaccinioides hemsl can survival in salinity level below 2.5 ‰, Sea Lettuce can survival in salinity level below 27.5 ‰ and Calophyllum inophyllum can survival in salinity level below 7.5 ‰. In addition, the poor growth rate of each plant in horticultural company soil was higher than in government soil. The results of sand farming experiments showed that Ficus vaccinioides hemsl and Calophyllum inophyllum can survival in irrigation water contain 0 to 7 ‰ salinity level; Paspalum vaginatum, Clerodendrum inerme and Tournefortia argentea can survival in irrigation water 7 ‰ to 17.5 ‰; Sea Lettuce can survival in irrigation water 17.5 ‰ to 35 ‰. Base on the plant chlorine level results, Clerodendrum inerme is the most suitable plant which planting in River’s mangrove forest repopulation area, conversely the Ficus vaccinioides hemsl is the most unsuitable.
