Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系所 === 104 === Several studies demonstrate that Ad-DR bioassay is a stable and sensitive method for screen dioxin levels in environment and biota samples. Recent techniques for quantification of dioxins and dioxin-like compounds involve mainly the costly and time-consuming high-resolution gas chromatography/high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRGC/HRMS) in Taiwan. Due to most analysts are major in chemical analysis which is a bottleneck of promotion Ad-DR bioassay. Therefore, the aim of this study is use different multiplicity of infection (MOI) to inprove the sencitive and stable ability of AD-DR bioassay. One hurndred sixty dust samples were collected from Northern, Central, Southern and East Taiwan. Ninety-three and sixty-seven dust samples were tested by two kinds conditions of Ad-DR bioassay (MOI=2 and MOI=10), respectively, and further to compared with chemical analysis. In the present study, the mean ratio (bioassay/chemical) of MOI=10 was 6.93 fold better than MOI=2 (mean: 9.21 fold) in low concentration soil sample (< 5 ng I-TEQ/kg), especially in extreme low concentration soil sample (< 1 ng I-TEQ/kg). Although the relative standard deviation (RSD) between MOI=10 and MOI=2 did not observed significant different, MOI=10 of Ad-DR bioassay is more suitable for promotion Ad-DR bioassay to commercial laboratory.
