In this research, we discussed the impacts of strategic leadership and organizational trust on organizational cohesion in the government. We conducted an empirical questionnaire survey and 285 effective samples were collected. By regression analysis, the data analysis results are as follows: (1) Parts of strategic leadership would lead to positive impacts on system trust; (2) Parts of strategic leadership would produce positive impacts on trust for executives. (3) Parts of strategic leadership would have positive impacts on trust for peers (colleagues). (4) Parts of strategic leadership would have positive impacts on organizational cohesion. (5) Strategic leadership would lead to negative impacts on social cohesion. (6) Parts of organizational trust would produce positive impacts on organizational cohesion. (7) Parts of organizational trust would produce positive impacts on social cohesion. The research results are helpful to the governmental administration to understand the relationships among strategic leadership, organizational trust and organizational cohesion for raising organizational performance and competitiveness.
