碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 休閒運動健康系所 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investing the effect of short-term shooting intervention on directional postural control for adults. Thirty-three new army recruits were sampled(16 in the experimental group,and 17 in the control group). Participants in the experimental group received 2-weeks shooting intervention. Postural control and aiming performance during the executionof precision aiming task were collected before and after shooting intervention. Paired t test and repeated measured ANOVA were used to analyze the effect of shooting intervention on both postural control and aiming performance. The present results showed that shooting intervention can significantly reduce the magnitude of postural sway magnitude of postural sway during the performance of a relative difficult aiming scenario, that is a sided and small target condition, for the experimental group.
