Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 休閒運動健康系所 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of outdoor adventure education courses on university students’ life effectiveness and internet-addiction behavior. The course design was 32 hours in total including, portable adventure games, orienteering, low and high ropes courses and river trekking challenge. Participants were 30 students from National Pintung University of Science and Technology. Two scales of “life effectiveness” and “Chinese version internet-addiction behavior” were taken to examine the pretest and post-test effects. According to the results, participants achieved more significant and positive improvements on life effectiveness while only small influence on internet-addiction behavior. In conclusion, findings from the study suggest that the outdoor adventure education courses could promote university students’ life effectiveness. Suggestion for future course design and research were also provided.
