This study adopted purposive sampling method and chose six recipients of single-parent family welfare institutions from Kaohsiung City as study objects to conduct questionnaire survey. The effective samples of questionnaires are total 254 persons with 93% response rate. The result of this study explain as below: First, most of the single-parent families accepted “subsidy and aid distribution” and “multi-information”. Second, “child care welfare services” received the highest satisfaction from single-parent family primary caregiver. Third, the richer the multi information, the level of self-confidence will be higher for single-parent family primary caregiver. Fourth, the higher the self-confidence recognition of single-parent family primary caregiver, their psychological well-being will be higher. The study suggested as below: First, enhance the function of multi information welfare service will turn out to have a better result. Second, plan diversified parent education proposals. Third, built institutional resource network and implement the availability of welfare service. Fourth, encourage single-parent family primary caregiver to participate parent educational related courses.
