Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 104 === In recent years, entrepreneurship develops rapidly in Taiwan. The related issues have attracted extensive attention from both academia and industry. The Micro-enterprise also has a rapid expansion. However, the Micro-enterprise is lack of resources. It must need social network to fill the gap. Therefore, the purposes of this research are: 1. Probe the influence of social network on the entrepreneurship process. 2. Probe the relationship between social network and the entrepreneurship process, and how trust was built up and formed. 3. Probe the character of trust in each stage of the entrepreneurship process. In this research, it used the semi-structured interviews. It screened out the partners of the focal micro-enterprise to examine the influence of social network on the entrepreneurship process with the study case "XXX Studio" (the cultural and creative industry). Then, the results of interviews were showed by the story about the entrepreneurship process. Three stages of the entrepreneurship process were divided: entrepreneurial alertness, opportunity recognition, opportunity exploitation. The relationship between the entrepreneurship process and social network were investigated by three constructs respectively: knowledge depth, social embeddedness, network breadth. The characteristics of trust were then probed by “personal trust” and “institutional trust” in each stage of entrepreneurship process. The research results indicated: 1. The social network can accelerate learning and knowledge integration, then promote the entrepreneurial alertness; In this stage, trust can decrease the uncertainty of entrepreneurial risk and its social costs. 2. Social network strengthens entrepreneurial opportunity recognition ability; in this stage, trust facilitates resources exchange and network norm development. 3. Social network provides access to opportunity exploitation; in this stage, the institutional trust plays a key role in building the long-term relationship of network and a good reputation over time.
