| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 104 === The purpose of this study is the application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methodology to the storage management to effectively integrate the needs of workers, improve military warehouse storage management efficiency, establish a sound and systematic management system capable of binding to the development of national army troop preparedness policies.
QFD technical analysis is applied to review the existing military storage management processes, combined with quality of service to establish appropriate logistical work processes organization in accordance with the organizational mission and performance expectations to meet logistics organization needs.
Through actual staff officer job interviews the new reference model was verified to improve the lack of existing military storage management operation processes. The essential elements for storage management efficiency were identified and cataloged. The proposed will enhance the logistical organization and manager satisfaction and improve operational effectiveness.
