Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 104 === To improve the quality of product, traditional inspection method is 100% inspection or sampling inspection. But the process of inspection has to consider the cost and elastic. This study used stochastic processes theory as a base to propose a new sampling scheme model. The first stage of the inspection scheme is 100% inspection and the second stage is sampling inspection. This new composite inspection method can combine the advantage of 100% inspection and sampling inspection. Experimental result showed that this sampling scheme model can propose an optimal sampling scheme and maximization the total profit.
