Therefore, the cooperation between hospitals should be expected. Activities of referral among cooperative hospitals can not only increase the amount of outpatients but also embrace the ability of inter-hospital collaboration. Both of them will obtain more benefits. This study focuses on the cross-branches physician scheduling which has a branch and a senior care center. We allow physicians to visit the same area or between the branch and senior care center in a day. We developed a mathematic model by maximizing the scheduling score which depends on situations of the schedule. We use Integer Programming as a method and consider some restrictions about physicians’ scheduling. Make sure that the result meets the feasibility. Moreover, we examine and analyze on some practical examples, result that the calculating time to the optimal solution of this model only takes ten minutes which conditions in four departments and other restrictions in this case.
