Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 104 === The remanufacturing of recycled products is nowadays an important area of inventory studies, due to growing environmental concern and environmental regulations in industry. However, the quality level of recycled products will affect the buyback cost and the total inventory cost. This thesis studied the optimal ordering and remanufacturing strategy considering the quality level of the recycled products in the ordering and remanufacturing system. We proposed two inventory models and solution procedures to determine the optimal quality levels of the recycled products, the optimal lot sizes for the ordering of new products and for the remanufacturing of recycled products. Two numerical examples were given to illustrate the models. We also performed two sensitivity analyses on the effects of key problem parameters. Finally, two decision support systems have been developed to illustrate the application of the models.
