This study intends to propose specific suggestions according to the literature review and research results as reference for education competent authorities, preschool educators in affiliated kindergarten of public elementary school and future researchers. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the service beliefs and differences in after-school programs of preschool educators of different background variables, as well as the execution problems and problem-solving strategies encountered in after-school program services. This study used questionnaires where open-ended questions were used to further understand preschool educators’ opinions and suggestions for execution problems and problem-solving strategies of after-school program. This study enrolled preschool educators in affiliated kindergarten of public elementary school as the research subjects, and distributed 151 questionnaires, with 119 valid questionnaires returned. This study used descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and one-way to analyze the collected data. The main research findings are as follows: 1.The preschool educators’ perception of service beliefs in after-school program was not high. The perception of “family-teacher cooperation” was the highest, followed by “policy identity” and “personal involvement.” 2. In terms of service beliefs of preschool educators of different personal backgrounds: there were significant differences in the aspect of “policy identity” of preschool educators of different job titles. 3.Preschool educators’ opinions on execution problems of after-school program included: unreasonable hourly fee of instruction, concern over campus safety, insufficient administrative support, holiday rights, low willingness to become teachers of after-school program due to long working hours, parents’ actual need for nursery service and trouble of delayed pick-up. 4. Preschool educators’ suggestions on problem-solving strategies proposed for execution problems of after-school program included: increase in hourly fee, campus safety planning, simplification of administrative affairs, regulation on holiday entitlement, separate employment of facilities, and formulation of regulations governing the review on parents’ need for nursery and delayed pick-up.
