Thus, it is also important to increase an organization's emphasis on green issues and its green technology adoption rates. However, organizations have many considerations before they can make the decision to adopt green technology. For this reason, this study is evaluated through the TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) architecture. Recently, there has been much research and discussion on green building, but few studies focus on the impact of green building adoption on the organization. This study also discusses the internal and external factors that influence organizations to adopt green building and whether or not these factors are subject to the interference of other variables. Furthermore, the architecture of Green Innovation Value Chain and the environmental link of the intermediary effect between green technology and organizational performance are considered in this study. Finally, this study observes that the Green Innovation Value Chain still has its shortcomings with respect to performance levels and that these gaps must be resolved. This study uses regression analysis to explain and interpret the gaps observed and the relationship between these variables. In this study, valid responses were received for 124 questionnaires (effective response rate = 54.39%). The results demonstrate that the hypotheses hold true and explain organizations' adoption of green building assessment factors. They also demonstrate the relationship between green building and organizational performance. The study also finds that environmental involvement could indirectly influence organizations to adopt green building. LI, YONG-HUI 李勇輝 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW |
