Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 104 === This study aims to explore the national high school in Pingtung County school administrators job stress and coping strategies. This study used questionnaires, based on literature review prepared by the "national high school in Pingtung County school administrators job stress and coping strategies questionnaire" as a research tool, to Pingtung County national high school administrators for the object, a total of 111 questionnaires were issued, effective responses to 89, and effective recovery of 80%. Data with descriptive statistics, t test, one way ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation and multivariate statistical methods such as regression analysis.
Through the data and summarized the main findings are as follows:
First, the national high school in Pingtung County School Administrator status belonging to the middle and lower levels of overall pressure.
Second, national high school in Pingtung County school administrators as a whole in response to policy status belonged to moderate.
Three, different background variables of national high school in Pingtung County school administrators with regard to working pressure only administrative experience background variables to achieve a significant effect, other background variables are not significantly different.
Four different background variables of national high school in Pingtung County school administrators are no significant differences in coping strategies.
Five national high school, Pingtung County school administrators job stress and coping strategies of low negative correlation between.
Finally, make recommendations based on the results, for the school, administrators and as a reference for subsequent research.
