Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 科普傳播學系數理教育碩士班 === 104 === The purposes of this study are to investigate the learning effects and the implementation processes of geometry remedial instruction with embodied materials on fifth graders. Action research is adopted as research method and 6 students of fifth grade participate this remedial instruction and based on grade specifications of mathematics curriculum to design geometry embodied materials in remedial instruction. During the remedial instruction, students’ problem solving records on the pre-test, post-test, working sheets are collected for analyzing students’ learning performance and improving teaching by the researcher’s self-reflection journals. The results indicate that students had advancement in geometry learning topics and could learn over 90% content of every specifications of geometry curriculum. This indicates that using embodied materials in geometry remedial instruction could enhance students’ learning effects.
