Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between perception of low birth rate impacts and work pressure of elementary school teachers in Pingtung County. Firstly, the study aims to analyze the current situation of elementary school teacher’s perception of low birth rate impacts and work pressure. Secondly, compare the difference and relevance between the perception of low birth rate impacts and work pressure based on the different teachers’ background variables. Finally, explore whether the teacher’s perception of low birth rate impacts can predict the work pressure. The research objects are elementary school formal teachers in Pingtung County. Questionnaires and stratified random sampling are conducted. Through this method, the researcher draws out 30 schools and 355 teachers. The effective samples are 322 in total. By using SPSS for Windows 22.0, the data is analyzed with descriptive statistics, independence sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression. The main results are as follows: 1.Pingtung elementary school teahcers perceives a high degree of low birthrate impacts, especially in student aspect. 2.Pingtung elementary school teahcers perceives a high-intermediate degree of work pressure, especially in student behavior. 3.Different genders, educational backgrounds, work positions and school sizes of Pingtung elementary school teahcers have significant differences when perceiving low birthrate impacts. 4.Different genders, ages, educational backgrounds, work positions and school sizes of Pingtung elementary school teahcers have significant differences when feeling work pressure. 5.There is a medium positive relationship between the perception of low birthrate impacts and work pressure of Pingtung elementary school teachers. 6.Pingtung elementary school teachers’ perception of low birthrate impacts has an influence on work pressure.
