To find out the current situation of medical concept of aboriginal senior-grade students, learning network and risk society perception are applied in the research. The participants are aboriginal senior-grade students in Pingtung. The purposes of the research are (1) Explore on status of the attitude in Western medicine therapy for aboriginal senior-grade students. (2) Explore on status of the attitude in aboriginal traditional medical therapy for aboriginal senior-grade students. (3) Study on status of the attitude in social learning process for aboriginal senior-grade students. (4) Study on status of the attitude in risk society perception for aboriginal senior-grade students. (5) Analyze the associated factors of social learning process and risk society perception for aboriginal senior-grade students. Research tool is the questionnaire of Social learning process and risk society perception of medical attitude for Pingtung aboriginal senior-grade students by the researcher. Statistic tools, such as T-tast, one way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient to do statistical test. The research methods are cross-section survey and purposive sampling, 253 questionnaires sent in total. The statistics results are the following: (1) The acceptance of Western Medicine is higher than traditional medical methods for aboriginal senior-grade students. (2) In social learning process, the score of the perception of learning and environment is the highest for aboriginal senior-grade students. (3) In risk society perception, the score of self-regulated learning is the highest for aboriginal senior-grade students. (4) The score of social learning process and risk society perception of aboriginal senior-grade students are positively-related, especially in the field of the perception of observing learning behavior. For research results, provides suggestions for aboriginal senior-grade students in the medical attitude of learning networks and future related research.
