Through interviews with the principle, the study is divided into three parts according to the development of her professional career. The influences on her career have personal and social aspects. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems she has had and try to give some suggestions on how to solve the problems. I. The development of professional career: At the very beginning, encouraged by her husband and colleagues, she accepted the job of being a principle in Kentin Elementary School, where she has made her educational ideal come true and the school finally became a place full of activities and vitality. Then she set up a new school called Tungsing Elementary School, which is full of freedom and innovation in her endeavor. There are also different kinds of groups, which are joined by teachers and students. Each group leads the students to develop the concept of cooperation, which obviously has reduced the fighting events. And again, she returned to Kentin, that made her realize not all the policy in Tungsing are suitable to Kentin. She adjusted her strategy and created the plan of English Village and the practice of visiting neighboring schools. II. The problems in her professional career: The first problem is when she was in Kentin, she had to get used to being a principle, and to improve the teaching quality of substitute teachers and change the opinions of the students' parents. The problems in Tungsing include parents' enquiry of the security of open campus and the teaching load and stress on the teachers. Another problem is the SARS event. And the first problem in returning to Kentin is the changing concepts of the parents; and the second one is the night markets which pollutes the environment and produce the problem of hygiene. III. The suggested solutions to the problems: The solution to the problems in Kentin and the strategy of management could be found through experience. The solution to the problems in Tungsing is to tell the students' parents your ideas and strategy on one hand and to employ more qualified teachers on the other hand. And you also have to help the faculty and the students to be fitter and healthier. The solution to the problem in Kentin in the second round is to assign responsibility to your faculty and treat each problem through SOP. To improve the quality of the night market, you should negotiate with the vendors and invite them to solve the issue of environment and hygiene together.
