Also comparing the different members, their motivations and organization commitments who joined the community watches. In order to achieve the goal, we took the questionnaire surveys as our information source tool. We made the members from community watches as our researching denominator. We have got 508 questionnaire surveys from the testing. After that we used average, standard deviation, T test, One way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis and many ways to analyze the information. Here were the results as below: 1. The participating motivations were positive, especially in “organization behavior”. To serve the community is the main idea from their motivation. 2. The organization commitments were positive, especially the organization agreement. To serve the community is the main fact of organization commitments. 3. The educational background of the members who were under junior high school and who had no religion that participated the most things. 4. The members who had 2-5years experiences, showed the best will on organization commitments, who were married had more behaviors on organization agreement , whose educational background under junior high school, worked a lots in the watches and were willing to stay working. 5. If the participating motivations of members were more active then the organization commitments were more positive. If their organization commitments were more positive then they will have more desire to participate the watches. 6. The participating motivation of members could predict the situations of organization commitments effectively, especially “organization behavior”. For the conclusion, we provided some concrete suggestions for the community watches, volunteers and the future researchers. Wu, Tsung-Li 吳宗立 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 172 zh-TW |
