Summary: | 碩士 === 國立澎湖科技大學 === 行銷與物流管理系服務業經營管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === The mainly purpose of the study was to conduct a research about role stress and job satisfaction among the police officers of Penghu County Government Police Bureau. The study applied stratified sampling. 400 questionnaireswere distributed to the police officers of Penghu County Government Police Bureau, with the return of 358 questionnaires, which includes 358 valid questionnaires(89.5%). The research was analyzed by SPSS and SmartPLS, which includes descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and structural equation modeling(SEM). The results are summarized as follows: 1.There were significant differences about role stress and emotion labor on administrative years.2.There were significant differences about role stress and job satisfaction on position.3.There was a significant difference about job satisfaction on duty function.4.There was a significant difference about perceived organizational support on duty type. 5.The correlations between role stress andjob satisfactionwere negative. 6.The correlations between rolestress and perceived organizational support were negative. 7.The correlations between perceived organizational support andjob satisfactionwere positive. 8.The correlations between role stress and emotion labor were positive. 9.Role stress negatively and significantly influences job satisfaction.10.Role stressnegatively and significantly influences perceived organizational support.11.Perceived organizational support positively and significantly influences job satisfaction.12.Perceived organizational support positively,significantly and partially mediates the relationship between role stress and job satisfaction. 13.Emotion labor negatively and significantly moderates the relationship between role stress and job satisfaction. 14.Police officers with high emotional labor negatively and significantly influence the relationship between role stress and job satisfaction. Based on the above findings, the study provides some recommendations for further studies .
