Therefore, schools must actively implement aging education to face with the impact of an aging society. The ”Population Policy White Paper” from the ministry of interior in 2006 pointed out that aging education should start from kids, through school education to enable students to understand and thus respect seniors. The purpose of this research is to study relationship between the public and private preschool educators' attitudes toward aging and behavioral intention of implementing aging education in Changhua County. Eventually, a feasible suggestion will be presented to the preschool educators, the authorities concerned, publishers and preschool runners. The research was conducted in questionnaire survey. The study was based on the public and private preschool educators in Changhua County. There were 300 questionnaires given out, 275 effective ones returned. The effective sample size was 272 pieces of the questionnaires. The survey, including “Attitude toward Aging Inventory” and “Behavioral Intention of Implementing Aging Education Inventory”, was conducted to collect information. We had examined the data by using the Statistic Descriptive, One-way ANOVA, and Hierarchical regression. The results of the statistical analysis were concluded:
(1) Respondents are aware of attitude toward aging. The highest level of perspective is for cognition toward aging, whereas the lowest is affection toward aging.
(2) Respondents are aware of behavioral intention of implementing aging education. The highest level of perspective is for Subjective norm, whereas the lowest is Perceived behavioral control.
(3) Attitude toward aging of preschool educators was merely correlated with age.
(4) There is positive relationship between attitude toward aging and behavioral intention of implementing aging education of educators in public and private preschool.
