Long-term care institutions are sustainable development, actively integrate the required and use E-management and then introduce long-term care system to promote resident's quality of care. This study is to explore currently the use of long-term care institutions system meets the needs or not, use the theoretical framework of the service experience engineering of context insight law to collect data, with experience observations and interviews to aggregate five major behavioral models. The study found:Institutions import long-term care system is affected by the following three factors: (1) Corporate Strategy and Operations. (2) Supply of quality system and service. (3) individual's impact factor and others. Conclusion as below: (1) Long-term care institutions need multiple cross-professionals to make up in personnel use aspects. Through the import of long-term care system, after that, vertical and horizontal communication barriers exclude and grasp resident status effectively. (2) Import of long-term care system affected by the organizational culture, management, organization and other characteristics of staff extends a variety of the problem, contain multiple resident assessment methods, system programming, equipment, fund, human factors etc. After induction of demand convergence method, it can discover hidden demand. (3)Summarized the demand for services and an opportunity:Import terms:A.Plans should be developed before institutions import systems. B.compare institutions use auxiliary equipment of simply use the main system, found that the use of auxiliary equipment of Acceptance and willingness is higher, and effective helps of quality of care;System design:A.System functions Improve and promote.
