Summary:碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 車輛與機電產業研究所 === 104 === The process of Commercial Vehicles Rapid Periodically Maintenance of Empirical Study that about how we have to shorten maintenance time by processes, management, task assignment and equipment improvements, besides meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency of the services of the plant. The express periodic maintenance service resulted from a whole package of our improvement study. Through this improvement study, we chose the TPS (Toyota Production System) concept as our foundation and put JIT (Just In Time), Kanban management and Kaizen activities into action at workshop daily service operation. The results show that rapid periodically maintenance time was shortened from three hours to two hours and time is shortened 50%. The average daily number of service grows 50%. Total service revenue increased 10.8%. On-time PDI growth of 5% and gain more than 85% in the customer satisfaction questionnaire. Results confirm that when with good customer satisfaction and customer retention activities, but also the company improve efficiency and create a better job benefits and enhance competitiveness among clients and the company has become a win-win situation.
