We study nonlinear effects by different thickness and length of microfiber, and the microfiber is produced by flame brushing method. Then we try to improve nonlinear effects by using microfiber which fabricated by HNLF. We experimentally demonstrate an optical microfiber loop resonator and a micro-Mach–Zehnder interferometer . The interferometer fabricated by microfiber optics characteristic evanescent waves. In conclusion, this nonlinear effect coludn’t happen because the power losing of microfiber. The fabricated of interferometer need some better equipment. This optical characteristic of microfiber will decrease by time.
