It adopted the survey research method to investigate 88 vocational evaluators from 25 supervisory units for the types of ethical dilemmas and tendencies of ethical decision making they might encountered frequently, and the difference in ethical dilemmas between personnel with different backgrounds, as well as utilized self-developed “Questionnaire of Implementation Status for Vocational Evaluators” as the research tool. In addition, these methods, including descriptive statistics, t-Test, Chi-square test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method were used to implement the statistical analysis. The results from current analyses indicated that vocational evaluators would have average and below-average levels of the occurrence frequency for four types of ethical dilemmas, and the types of conflict between responsibilities and expectations has a relatively higher frequency, as well as would be affected by case study’s interesting, job vacancy, service resource, family or other professionalism thinking; thus, conflict might occurred frequently when suggesting the future employment types or resources. However, it seldom had ethical dilemmas for the suggestion to the work injured cases without better mental accommodation, argument between case study and corresponding referral personnel, and display of health condition for case study’s report. Moreover, for the tendency of ethical decision making, mostly the personal orientation has been used as the judgment basis, the second one is the reward and punishment orientation, the third one is the social orientation, the fourth one is the organizational orientation, and the principle or conscience orientation is the less considering one. In addition, within background variables, only these ages 30-34 vocational evaluators have a significantly higher frequency than those are over 40 when facing of the conflict between responsibilities and expectations; those vocational evaluators didn’t receive any related professional training courses after they left schools would have a higher frequency than those received training courses when encountering the role conflict; and vocational evaluators have less than one year seniority of vocational trainer had a higher frequency than those have more than one year seniority when facing the conflict between responsibilities and expectations. For other background variables (sex, educational background, departments of completion and graduation, seniority of being practitioners, job characters, organization characters, number of professional personnel implemented vocational evaluation, and supervision system), there’s no significant difference.
