The research on Kaohsiung Municipal Dashe Junior High School the eighth grade students in the class tutor agency for 29 students as the experimental group. The experimental group is running five mornings of a week, 30 minutes each time, random sampling junior high school eighth grade students a total of 28 students for the control group, for a total of 40 weeks,the participants were asked to have the pretests, the middle tests and the post-tests of Physical fitness tests.The date were analyzed by SPSS18.0 to compute average and standard deviation scores thorugh descriptive statistics.The differences and the interaction of the pretest, the middle test and the post-test of health related physical fitness tests of the two groups and sex were compared by independent sample t-tests mixed design two-way ANOVA, mixed design.The findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1. There were significant difference for flexibility muscular fitness,muscle power,and cardio respiratory endurance,but no significant differences on BMI. 2. Mixed design Two-way ANOVA was shown there was no significant difference of muscular fitness,but there were significant differences on flexibility ,muscle power,cardio respiratory endurance, and BMI. 3. There were significant difference on muscle power ,flexibility, muscular fitness, and cardio respiratory endurance for gende, but no significant difference on BMI . Conclusions of this study, have a positive effect of improving for morning jogging on health related physical fitness of junior high school students, recommended school more in the morning and recess time campus jogging, develop the habits of exercising, but also junior high school students to enhance health related physical fitness.
